1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With tags still attached
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sundayaus.store with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Refunds cover the item cost only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the faulty or incorrect item
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs you incurred.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
7. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank

9. Cancellations
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
